Angel d’Or „con Cava“

 

Angel d’Or becomes a singularly fruity and nippy aperitif with a Spanish cava.

Ingredients:
1 part Angel d’Or
2 parts well-chilled dry cava
(as a substitute, dry sparkling wine or champagne may be used)
Angel d’Or „con Cava“

Preparation:
Pour the Angel d’Or into a champagne glass and top it up with cava. Decoration: perhaps half a segment of orange
